Whether you prefer a Full Body Massage, Upper Body Massage, Shoulder & Back Massage, Head & Neck Massage, Facial Massage, Foot Massage or purely energetic, a typical session is 60 minutes with 30 minute and 90 minute options available on request.

Massages will be customized to your specific outcome and you may select different options from the massage menu with each session or you may prefer an Intuitive Massage that does not follow Massage Therapy protocols and incorporates all of my training in holistic mind body therapies and modalities to guide your session for your highest good and maximum benefit.

I am currently working towards my License in Massage Therapy (LMT) as required by the State of Maine. I am unable to accept insurance or payment in any form for “Massage Therapy” services at this time.

There is a $25 set-up fee for the massage table, linens including sheets, blanket and towel(s), props, oils and/or lotion, and set up time. A nominal change-over fee of $10 will be added for each consecutive massage.

Tips for excellent customer service or voluntary donations towards my tuition and insurance will be gratefully received.
